Oak Knoll is a charming village in the northern region of Ladera Ranch, California. This community is home to ten neighborhoods and residents enjoy the spectacular views. It is the only residential area situated north of Crown Valley Park.
Oak Knoll neighborhoods include Maplewood, Sarasota, Fairfield, Trails, Sycamore Grove, Fairfield, Shady Lane, and Prescott. The subdivisions of Wyeth and Amberly Lane have some of the largest estates outside of Covenant Hills and Oak Knoll has larger than normal lots. Wyeth was built by Brookfield Homes and has 133 estates. Living space ranges from 3,337 to 4,082 square feet. There are three to six bedrooms and many homes have three-car garages.
